Adds ITConvertOperationStatus, ITEncoder, ITEncoderCollection classes. Closes #316: Implements convertTrack2, convertTracks2, convertFile2, convertFiles2 methods in iTunes class. Also adds setCurrentEncoder and getCurrentEncoder methods to iTunes needed for converting.
